Vintage 93 Polo Ralph Lauren extremely sought after RLPC colorful cycling windbreaker.  This jacket has great detail with its bright 3m reflective sleeve, still bright and colorful lightweight material.  Fits like a Medium, condition is ok, two major flaws are the patch on arm has major cracking and the back Polo logo is fading.
