Vintage Polo USA 1/4 zip hooded sweatshirt.  Looks pretty simple in front with the classic USA logo.  But the hidden royal blue hood in the red collar gives it that extra feature to make it special.  Also, on the left arm is the USA Polo logo.  The hoodie does fit a little strange, the width is wide, typical of a 90s mens large - xl but the length and sleeves are more like a medium.
