Vintage 90s Polo Sport RL black, red, and blue USA 1/4 zip hoodie.   This one is a thin cotton hoodie with foldable hood.  On front is an embroidered logo in blue and red on a black hoodie.  On each side is a zipper pocket but the best detail is the foldable hood.  It just rolls up and you can tuck it away and have just a red collar.  Besides the nice design, you cant really find a better color combo.
