Vintage 90s Reebok Greg Norman Shark Colorful 1/4 Zip Print Jacket.  The Greg Norman collection had some plain items and some crazier designs.  This is the craziest of them all.  Through out the jacket is colorful blue, green, yellow and pink designs.  The classic Shark logo shows up here and there as well.  Its thicker then a windbreaker and thinner then a jacket id say its right in the middle.
