Vintage Tommy Hilfiger Oars Long Bill hat. On front is a Tommy spell out with 3 Oars.  The Oar design has been used for a bunch of shirts.  The hat is all navy and has a stretch backing.  It fits smaller sized heads.  Probably best for 7- 7 1/4.  After that it will be snug
