Vintage 90s Tommy Hilfiger Aquatic Sport Gear nylon hat.  It doesnt get more 90s then this bright nylon strap back.  It has an Aquatic Sports gear patch sewn on front in red, neon green and black.  It sits on a bright neon yellow hat with black trimmed brim.  I highly doubt you will find this one too easy ever again.  Fits all sizes
