Vintage Tommy Hilfiger International Games Navy strap back.  If your a Tommy Fan you know about the International Games designs.  The hat has a large detailed embroidered logo on front with a bunch of flags.  It is all navy with a red inner collar.  The hat is in good shape, shows some light wear.  Hat fits all mens sizes. Very hard to find hat, wont be around for long.
