-Does have marks on the brim, very clean otherwise 

Vintage 90s Chaps RL yellow and navy split hat.  This hat has two things I love, a split color block and flags.  The split colors are yellow and navy and it has embroidered Chaps logo and flags on front with some more flags on back.  The back is a stretchy back but it seems to fit all sizes well.
