-Brand new with tags but has a lot of stains

Vintage Reebok International Flag T Shirt. On back is nicely sized Reebok logo with a colorful flag print. Its on a white shirt thats very flawed. Washing it should help but since its new with tags, we left it up to whoever buys it.
