Vintage 90s Tommy Hilfiger Dive Charter graphic t shirt.  T shirt is still dark black with out a fade.  The graphic is a spell out with what looks like a picture of an ocean, there is fish swimming around some water, very unique design.  The back has the Hilfiger Dive Charter logo sewn on at the top.  Shirt fits closer to an xl.
