Vintage 90s Tommy Hilfiger Jean jacket.  Jacket has a unique design with its use of light denim with bleach looking marks.  The bleach marks are meant to be there, its not actual bleach.  Tommy used some nice buttons on his pockets.  As you can see in picture one, the design is pretty nice with use of different denim pieces sewn together.  Fits true to an xl, its a denim jacket, so it fits a little different then a windbreaker.
