Vintage Polo Ralph Lauren 5 panel in all black.  The hat has a Polo RL logo on front and is made up of black nylon.  The 5 panel fits really nice, i would say anyone from size 7- 7 3/4 it fits great.  The hat is brand new with tags and has never been worn.
